TeamCamp was founded in 2010, to use summer camps as a vehicle for leadership and team skills development. Since then, TeamCamp has worked with over 3000 students and received outstanding feedback from teachers, parents and students.

Before founding TeamCamp, Ben worked in Marketing and Technology Sales for over 10 years. Ben completed blue-chip leadership programmes, an MBA from Europe’s top business school (INSEAD), and more recently an NVQ in Playwork. Other passions include philosophy, psychology, and strategy games.
Ed Peters has a background in the marketing of U.K. independent education, with extensive experience of international student recruitment and a particular interest in innovative international education projects. His work has taken him throughout Western and Eastern Europe, South America and the Far East.
Mervyn Suresh Aranha
Merv worked across various UK Government Departments for 26 years where he developed key skills in networking, leadership and mentoring. He is now very passionate about sowing the seeds to help students learn to be leaders, while engaging with similar minded students from across the globe.
Having worked in the youth, community & events sector for over 20 years. Alexia brings many skills to Team Camp including; BA hons in Youth work, level 3 in youth coaching, CSE specialism, Cambridge TEFL Level 5 qualification, dance leader & manager. Alexia is a vibrant and passionate worker who strives to enable and inspire young people to achieve their biggest goals.
Jag joined TeamCamp in 2014 and since then he has coached, taught and directed TeamCamp courses across the country. An Imperial College graduate, Jag has 5 years of tutoring experience, regularly works in STEM student outreach and is passionate about inspiring the next generation to learn, laugh and lead.
Head of Operations
With over 20 years of experience in international organisations, Paula has held many roles across diverse business areas, such as logistics, finance and human resources. Paula's strong customer service and operational skills provide key support to the TeamCamp community.
Country Partner, China
Rebecca has almost 30 years experience in overseas study counselling, servicing students from China, Hong Kong and Macau. Rebecca was the associate director of an international school before establishing her own agency, and firmly believes in the values of international education and cultural experiences.
