About Us

Founded in 2010, TeamCamp cut its teeth running successful London summer camps. It subsequently flourished delivering Summer Schools for pupils entering the Y7 transition to Secondary School, all over the UK. More recently, TeamCamp has broadened its services to include Residential activity weeks and After-School Clubs.

TeamCamp applies the latest research to bring best practice ideas and learning structures to customers. Its services receive outstanding feedback from Teachers, Parents, and Children. We’re big on teams, and you may read here about our own core team.

Ben Holt, Director

Before founding TeamCamp, Ben worked in Marketing and Technology Sales for over 10 years. Ben completed blue-chip leadership programmes, an MBA from Europe’s top business school (INSEAD), and more recently an NVQ in Playwork. Other passions include philosophy, psychology, and strategy games.

Lindsey Simpson, Business Manager

Lindsey is a qualified Primary school teacher who prior to joining TeamCamp full-time worked at six of our summer schools around the country. Ever popular with pupils, Lindsey brings passion, fun, and teaching insight to TeamCamp. As Business Manager, he ensures School customers receive the best possible service.

Jack Feeny, Operations Manager

Jack started at TeamCamp as a Team Mentor, working at our Camps each summer since 2012. After becoming increasingly involved operationally in recent summers Jack joined the team full time in 2015. As Operations Manager, Jack coordinates internal business processes including recruitment, logistics, and compliance.

I founded TeamCamp to promote the development of team-skills in education. These crucial life-skills are also fun and empowering to learn. Hence our strapline… laugh, learn, & lead.
