TeamCamp is hiring for its July 2018 residential camp. The season is fairly short this year because it is a new camp, so we will be paying for training days too (to occur immediately prior to camp). As well as Team Mentor roles, we are recruiting for a Welfare Officer and TEFL/CELTA trained English teachers. Key camp roles:
Camp Director: Involves managing all the summer school staff and processes. Candidates must be a qualified teacher and relevant summer camp experience is preferred. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills are required.
Welfare Officer: Responsible for the welfare of children and coordinating the pastoral care by all staff. Child protection training will be required, though this is something we can provide for the right candidate.
Team Mentor: Involves running activities and facilitating small groups of 5 or 6 pupils (helping them work together effectively). We look for candidates with great energy, an infectious sense of fun, and strong interpersonal skills.
